數控切割機運作全過程中出現顫動的解決方案

導致數控切割機機器設備在運作全過程中出現顫動比較嚴重,一走一卡的問題導向空隙和傳動系統空隙調節不及時,那麼怎樣調節呢:

1.導向間隙調整導向性空隙,指兩導向性滾軸與前滑軌兩導向性側邊的空隙。有橫著滑架(或割炬托板)對橫著前滑軌(或承重梁)的導向性空隙和豎向滑架對豎向前滑軌的導向性空隙。導向間隙過大,會影響X方向與Y方向的垂直度和移動精度。用手輕輕轉動前導軌兩側的導向滾輪,即可感覺到導向間隙的大小。在每一對導向輪中,其內側導向輪采用偏心軸方式安裝,在其上方有供調整的軸伸端。

1. Guide clearance adjusts guide clearance, which refers to the clearance between the two guide rollers and the two guide side of the front slide rail. There is a directional gap between the cross slide frame (or torch bracket) and the front slide rail (or load-bearing beam) and the vertical slide frame to the vertical forward slide rail. If the guide clearance is too large, the verticality and moving accuracy of X direction and Y direction will be affected. By gently turning the guide rollers on both sides of the front rail with your hands, you can feel the size of the guide clearance. In each pair of guide wheels, the inner guide wheels are installed by eccentric shaft, and there are axle extension ends for adjustment above them.

旋轉該偏心軸,就能調節導向性空隙。調節時,切勿將導向性滾軸太緊地壓向鋼軌側邊,通常選用輕輕地旋轉偏心軸,當覺得到導向性滾軸壓著鋼軌側邊時,再翻轉一視角,使其有一個不大的空隙,然后將偏心軸鎖緊??v向滑架對縱向前導軌有兩對導向輪,因而也有兩個調整偏心軸。橫向滑架對橫向前道軌的導向,與縱向滑架對縱向前道軌的導向結構上類似,調整方法也一致。

By rotating the eccentric shaft, the guiding void can be adjusted. When adjusting, do not press the guide roller too tightly to the side of the rail. Usually, the eccentric shaft is rotated gently. When the guide roller is pressed against the side of the rail, the angle of view is turned over to make it have a small gap, and then the eccentric shaft is locked. Longitudinal sliding frame has two pairs of guide wheels for the longitudinal forward guide rail, so there are also two adjusting eccentric axes. The guide structure of the transverse slide frame to the transverse front track is similar to that of the longitudinal slide frame to the longitudinal front track, and the adjustment method is the same.

2.傳動間隙的調整激光切割機X及Y方位的挪動,均是伺服電機/交流伺服電機經傳動齒輪及齒條傳動系統來保持的,齒輪齒條各自固定不動在豎向前滑軌與橫著前滑軌上激光切割機所應用的伺服電機的運作特性是電子計算機每給1個操縱單脈沖,步進電機走一步,脈沖頻率高,走步快,脈沖頻率低,走步慢。

伺服電機這類一歩一停的運作方法,規定傳動裝置不可以有空隙,不然會造成比較嚴重的噪聲乃至丟步,這與基本傳動裝置規定有適度傳動系統空隙是徹底不一樣的。傳動系統是否間隙較大,從運行噪音即可判斷。傳動間隙,在設備使用一段時間后,應進行一次調整。

齒輪箱內傳動齒輪與伺服電機輸出軸固聯在一塊兒,大齒輪經軸在齒輪箱上精準定位。因而,齒輪箱內蝸輪蝸桿傳動空隙的調節,可松掉伺服電機對齒輪箱的固定不動,將伺服電機與傳動齒輪一塊兒向大齒輪方位靠緊后再固緊就能。調整時,以消除間隙為目的,但不能使齒輪與齒輪靠得太緊。

齒輪箱各自與橫著滑架和豎向滑架固定不動。傳動齒輪與齒輪齒條的空隙調節,可松掉齒輪箱在滑墻上的固定不動地腳螺栓,將全部齒輪箱向齒輪齒條靠緊后再固緊就能。同樣,調整時以消除間隙為目的,不能使齒輪與齒條靠得太緊。
