When installing the cutting nozzle, pay attention to tightening the nut of the cutting nozzle.
The problem that the cutting nozzle and torch are not tightly connected with each other can be solved. After the ignition, the flame will blow out immediately when the laser cutting oxygen regulating valve is opened. The reason is that the cutting head and torch are matched, and the joint is not tight. At this time, the cutting nozzle should be tightened. When it fails, the cutting nozzle should be removed and gently sanded with water. Grinding and cutting nozzles to cooperate with each other until they cooperate tightly with each other.
When quenching occurs, the laser cutting oxygen regulating valve should be turned off first, then the acetylene gas regulating valve and the heating oxygen regulating valve should be turned off. At this time, the ejector and suction nut should be tightened; when ineffective, the ejector and suction pipe should be removed, dirt in each gas passage should be removed, clearance between the jacket and the inner jacket of the cutting nozzle should be adjusted, and the numerical control cutting machine should be tightened.
